Led by the Government of Kenya through the ICT Authority under the Ministry of Information, Communications and Digital Economy and supported by the World Bank KDEAP’s mission is simple but powerful: To expand high-speed internet access, digitize public services, and equip citizens with the skills to thrive in the digital age.

We connect schools, hospitals, government offices, and marketplaces to reliable broadband; modernize government platforms for faster, more efficient service delivery; and create opportunities for youth, women, and persons with disabilities to participate in the digital economy.
