3.2 Enhancing Employment-Ready Digital Skills
- Partnering with industry to deliver advanced digital skills training.
- Offering entrepreneurship programs in the creative and tech industries.
3.3 Promoting Device Affordability
- Designing financing schemes for affordable devices for students, entrepreneurs, and persons with disabilities.
- Supporting e-waste management for end-of-life devices.
3.4 Positioning Kenya as a Regional Digital Hub
- Developing a national strategy for software and digital services exports.
- Harmonizing regional e-commerce rules and digital trade taxation.
